It's a cute and clean hotel, rooms are well decorated and good modern. It has exceptionally nice location to see Botanical Garden. The venue's restaurant is nice for breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city center and visit nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the room service was prompt. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the airport shuttle service. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services for a memorable stay.

It was fairly nice time in Tuxtla Gutierrez. Everything seemed exceptional, really friendly staff, bright rooms. Amazing and easy location just next door to central park, and city center, I felt safe. Easily reached Las Pichanchas, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Had a wonderful xmas stay at this hotel! The complementary coffee and breakfast were a great way to start the day. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot - we were able to walk to all the top tourist spots easily. The cozy rooms were another highlight of our stay - we loved the luxurious bedding and comfortable pillows. And the staff members went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

While we loved the hotel overall, there were a few things that could be improved. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms at times.

I loved this hotel. It was located in the heart of the city and the transportation was very convenient, I could easily visit most places I wanted to see in the town. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even helped me book a tour. Also, the breakfast was awesome.
